Administration Officer

Permanent full-time position in Rockingham , WA

Solargain PV Pty Ltd (SGPV) is a family owned company with offices all over Australia. SGPV provides for the supply and/or installation of both photovoltaics (solar energy) systems and hot water systems. SGPV runs an extremely busy business and is continually undergoing growth and development. We are seeking a reliable and highly motivated person to fulfil the position of Administration Officer within the accounts receivable area. Reporting to the Administration and Installations Managers your key responsibilities will include:

• Booking installation dates
• Processing Western Power applications
• Creation of job folder
• Create customer handover packs
• Creating Sales Orders and Invoices on a daily basis
• Processing over the phone credit card payments
• General office duties and support (filing, answering telephone, archiving, banking etc).
• Liaison between internal departments
• Other duties as required

Key Skills:

• Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Administration, including purchase order processing and generation of customer invoices
• Ability to work with a diverse range of people.
• Adaptable to changing industry environment.
• Ability to work both independently & within a team depending on tasks assigned.
• Self-motivated with high attention to detail.
• Experience with MYOB, EXO &/or similar.
• Proficient with word and excel.

Internal Sales

Solargain are offering a unique opportunity for an Internal Sales /Customer Service Officer that is looking to grow within the organisation, and join a vibrant, growing and dynamic sales team. You will be responsible for taking incoming phone enquiries, providing advice, offering customer service, scheduling site assessments and assisting the external sales team in ensuring a sale. The applicant will be responsible for educating potential customers on the benefits of using solar power, looking at both technical issues and also financial parameters. The key responsibilities include

• Attending to all customer phone and email enquiries.
• Follow up all leads provided by the Customer Service Team.
• Ensure all appointments are attended as booked.
• Assisting Sales Team with all aspect of Sales.
• Assistant to the Sales Manager.

The successful applicant will have a generous base of 35k - 50k depending on experience. You will also have the opportunity make an additional 10 - 20k in commission on top of your base. This will give you the opportunity to earn between 45k - 70k.

Service Technician

Solargain PV Pty Ltd, a strong solar solutions provider , is currently seeking a qualified electrician to join our vibrant team for service and inspection work.

The main focus of this role will be working on the road conducting repairs and inspecting for quality assurance purpose.

• Experience with PV(Photo Voltaic) DC is an advantage but not essential
• This role requires strong attention to details
• Excellent reporting ability needed
• Vehicle/phone will be provided
• CEC Solar Accreditation will be provided
• Location: North of River
