Before you submit your service enquiry, please first take some time to ensure the following Items have been completed.

Note: Only operate the switches as per the "Shutdown Procedure" label fixed near the inverter
Directly below the inverter there should be two isolation switches an AC and a DC. Are they both set to the on position?

Some systems have an arm with an on and off switch.

Some systems look like breakers which should face up or have red showing directly below.

Note: Latronics inverters have the DC breaker on the front of inverter. Ensure that these are in the on position i.e. switch in the up position.
In the metre box there should be a switch which is usually labelled with ‘Solar Mains Switch', Please check that this is switched to the "on" position.
