Nova Care Lifestyle Village

Project
Nova Care Lifestyle Village wanted a solar panel system to power its units for over‐55s. Solargain won the supply and install contract which encompassed approximately 75% of the 140 units. The system was designed to dramatically decrease residents’ power and hot water bills.
Result
Solargain tailored a discreet high‐performing solar panel system for Nova Care Lifestyle Village. We installed 111 1kW solar energy systems. These comprised six 170 watt solar panels and a 1.2kW inverter. On average this system now generates 50% of residents’ electricity and hot water needs. Our solar panel design also contributes significantly reducing the lifestyle village’s environmental footprint.
Nova Care Lifestyle Village was able to enjoy the full available Government solar power rebates too. That’s because Solargain solar panel systems offer the utmost in quality and leading technology.

Client: City of Wanneroo
The City of Wanneroo in Perth wanted to install a strong solar panel system in its Civic Centre. Solargain won the contract to supply and install a 24kW system. This featured 80 x 300 watt highefficiency Sunpower solar panels and six SMA inverters.
Our solution provides a large reduction in the Civic Centre’s energy consumption It also educates others on solar panel merits. The City of Wanneroo offices feature a 32 inch LCD screen in the main foyer. The screen proudly displays all solar panel system data to residents, visitors and staff.
Client: St Dominic’s Primary School
St Dominic’s in Innaloo, Perth obtained a Federal Government National Solar in Schools grant. Solargain was chosen to install a new solar panel system.
Solargain supplied and installed a 4.6kw system comprising 22 Sunpower 210 watt solar panels. This is now central to school practice and teachings of energy efficiency and sustainability.
Client: Swan TAFE (Thornlie campus, Perth)
Swan TAFE engaged Solargain to custom‐build a solar energy system for practical educational purposes.
Solargain devised a four‐part system to assist students gain their renewable energy installers certifications. Our interactive solution simulated a ‘real world’ installation featuring solar inverters, panels, meters and wiring.
