WIN A BYD ATTO 2 TRADE PROMOTION – TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Promoter
The Promoter is Go Home Solutions Pty Ltd (“The Promoter”) ABN 60 609 089 714, of 80 Boat Harbour Drive, Pialba QLD 4655.
Go Home Solutions Pty Ltd is an independent authorised distributor of SOLARGAIN PV Pty Ltd products in the Hervey Bay and Bundaberg regions. SOLARGAIN PV Pty Ltd is not the promoter, sponsor or administrator of this promotion and has no involvement whatsoever in the conduct, administration or operation of the promotion or the provision of the prize.

By entering the competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. About This Promotion
This promotion is a trade promotion lottery conducted in Queensland. No permit is required as entry is free of charge. This promotion is conducted solely to promote the goods and services of the Promoter and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any government body.
3. Promotion Period
The promotion officially commences at 12:00AM AEST on 1 July 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 30 June 2027 (“Promotion Period”).
Entries received outside this period will not be eligible.
The Promoter may commence advertising and marketing of the promotion after the commencement date.
4. Eligibility
To be eligible to enter, entrants must:
• Be aged 18 years or over at the time of entry;
• Be a resident of Queensland at the time of entry;
• Not be an employee, contractor, officer, director, shareholder, or agent of the Promoter, or an immediate family member of such a person (including spouse, de facto partner, parent, sibling, child, stepchild, aunt, uncle, niece, nephew, first cousin) or be any person residing in the same household as an employee, director, shareholder or contractor;
• Have purchased an Eligible System; and
• Comply with all entry requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions
Any entry submitted by an ineligible person will be deemed invalid and removed from the draw.
Entry is open to Queensland residents aged 18 years or over who purchase and install an eligible solar or battery system from Go Home Solutions Pty Ltd during the Promotion Period.
To be eligible for entries, the qualifying system must be both purchased from and installed by Go Home Solutions Pty Ltd, an authorised distributor of SOLARGAIN.
5. How to Enter
During the Promotion Period, eligible entrants may enter by:
• Purchasing an Eligible System from the Promoter.
An Eligible System means a solar PV system or battery storage system that is purchased from and installed by the Promoter, and which is fully installed, commissioned and paid in full before the close of the Promotion Period. The Eligible System must also satisfy all eligibility requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions.
For clarity, Entries will not be awarded for equipment purchased from the Promoter and installed by another party, nor for equipment supplied by another party and installed by the Promoter.
Entries are provisionally allocated upon execution of a valid purchase agreement. An entry becomes valid only where the Eligible System has been installed, and the purchase price has been paid in full prior to the closing date of the promotion.
No separate entry form is required.
Goodwill Entry Inclusion
As a goodwill gesture only, the Promoter will also award entries to customers who purchased an Eligible System from the Promoter between 1 June 2026 and 30 June 2026.
For the avoidance of doubt:
This goodwill provision does not alter the official Promotion Period.
All other eligibility requirements in these Terms and Conditions continue to apply.
Eligible Systems purchased during this goodwill period must still be installed by the Promoter and paid in full to qualify.
Entries allocated under this goodwill provision will be the same as those allocated for purchases made during the official Promotion Period.
This goodwill provision applies only to Eligible Systems purchased between 1 June 2026 and 30 June 2026 and does not create any entitlement for purchases made outside those dates.
Entry Allocation
Entries are allocated based on the products purchased.
Where the purchased system changes before installation, the number of entries will be adjusted to reflect the final installed Eligible System.
Eligible customers will receive entries as follows:
• Solar System with inverter capacity of 5kW – 1 Entry
• Solar System with inverter capacity of 6kW – 2 Entries
• Solar system with inverter capacity of 8kW - 3 Entries
• Solar system with inverter capacity of 10kW - 4 Entries
• Solar system with inverter capacity 15kW and above – 5 entries
• Battery Storage System – One (1) additional entry for every 5kWh of usable battery capacity, rounded down to the nearest 5kWh.
• EV Charger Installation – Additional one (1) entry when purchased and installed with an Eligible Solar PV System or Battery Storage System.
• Heat Pump Hot Water System – Additional one (1) entry when purchased and installed with an Eligible Solar PV System or Battery Storage System.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend entry allocations where required by law, to correct administrative errors, or to reflect any changes made to the purchase agreement or final installed Eligible System.
Entry is free
There is no cost to enter the promotion.
Entry is free. Eligible entries are automatically allocated to customers who enter into a valid purchase agreement for an Eligible Solar PV System or Battery Storage System with the Promoter during the Promotion Period. Additional entries may be awarded for eligible EV Charger and Heat Pump Hot Water System purchases where those products are purchased and installed with an Eligible Solar PV System or Battery Storage System. Entries are not available for purchase separately and are only awarded in connection with the purchase of eligible products and services from the Promoter. Participation in this promotion is voluntary.
6. Prize
Prize Description
There is one prize on offer being:
A 2026 BYD Atto 2, Cosmos Black promotional vehicle, that has been used by the Promoter during the Promotion Period (“The Vehicle”).
Approximate retail value at the commencement of the promotion: $35,000.00.
The vehicle will be used as the promoter’s promotional vehicle during the promotional period and will have accumulated kilometers at the time it is awarded. Actual prize value may vary depending on kilometers and market value at the date of delivery.
The Vehicle may display normal wear and tear associated with ordinary road use, including but not limited to stone chips, tyre wear, minor scratches, minor cosmetic imperfections and other signs of normal use.
The winner acknowledges and accepts that The Vehicle is a promotional vehicle and will be supplied as a used, non-brand-new vehicle.
The Promoter makes no representation regarding the exact odometer reading at the time of delivery.
The Vehicle will be transferred to the winner in a roadworthy condition, together with any transferable balance of the manufacturer's warranty (if applicable).
No compensation, discount, cash adjustment or substitute prize will be offered due to kilometres accumulated or normal wear and tear incurred during the Promotion Period.
The Promoter will pay any registration transfer fees, stamp duty and compulsory third-party insurance required to transfer ownership of the vehicle unless otherwise required by law.
Prize Conditions
All costs associated with ownership of the vehicle following transfer, including registration renewals, insurance, servicing, charging, maintenance and running costs, are the sole responsibility of the winner.
The prize is non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be exchanged or substituted. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value if the prize becomes unavailable for any reason.
Delivery of the Vehicle will be arranged by the Promoter. Delivery within Fraser Coast and Bundaberg regions is included. Costs of delivery outside this area are the winner's responsibility
The winner accepts the Vehicle in its condition as at the date of transfer, subject to the statutory warranties that cannot be excluded by law.
7. Prize Draw
The winning entry will be drawn as follows:
• Drawn on 31st July 2027 at 1200 AEST
• Location of draw: 80 Boat Harbour Drive, Queensland, 4655
Method
The draw will be conducted and supervised by Southern Cross Austereo (SCA), acting as the Promoter's independent third-party draw provider. The winning entry will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period.
The period between the closing date and draw date is provided to allow entries to be verified, counted and validated.
The draw may be publicly conducted, livestreamed, photographed or recorded for promotional purposes.
Conditional Winner Verification
Where a selected winning entry relates to a system that has not yet been installed due to circumstances outside the customer's control, including but not limited to network approval delays, distributor requirements, weather events, product availability or scheduling constraints, the selected entrant may be declared a provisional winner.
The transfer and delivery of the prize will not occur until the qualifying system has been installed, commissioned and paid for in full.
If, at any time prior to installation and full payment, the selected entrant cancels the agreement, requests a refund, fails to proceed with the installation, breaches the terms of the purchase agreement or otherwise becomes ineligible under these Terms and Conditions, the selected winning entry will be deemed invalid.
In such circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw from the remaining eligible entries at a later date.
Any redraw will be conducted by the same independent third-party entity appointed to conduct the original draw.
The redraw winner will then be subject to the same verification requirements contained within these Terms and Conditions.
The Promoter's decision regarding eligibility, verification and redraws shall be final.
8. Winner Notification and Claiming the Prize
The winner will be notified by telephone and email on the day of the draw, using the contact details provided at the time of entry.
The winner's name may be published where required by law.
The winner's first name, surname initial and suburb may be published on the Promoter's website, social media platforms, radio broadcasts and promotional materials. It will remain published for a minimum of 3 months (90 days).
To claim the prize, the winner must:
• Respond to the notification within 7 days of being contacted;
• Provide proof of identity and age (e.g., current Australian driver's licence or passport);
• Provide proof of Queensland residency;
• Sign and return a winner's declaration and release form; and
• Attend 80 Boat Harbour Drive, Qld, 4655 to take delivery of the Vehicle (or make alternative arrangements acceptable to the Promoter).
Where the purchase agreement of the winner was in two names, the entrants are deemed joint winners and either named person may claim the prize and advise who of the two named persons the prize is transferred to.
Uncontactable Winners and Unclaimed Prize
If the winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required period, or fails to satisfy eligibility requirements, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner by conducting a redraw
If required, a redraw will be conducted seven (7) days after the original draw at 12:00 pm AEST at the same location and by the same independent third-party draw provider, unless otherwise required by law.
If the prize remains unclaimed for a period of three (3) months from the date the winner becomes eligible to receive the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw.
Any redraw conducted under these Terms and Conditions will be held at 80 Boat Harbour Drive, Pialba QLD 4655, unless otherwise required by law, and will be conducted by the same independent third-party draw provider in accordance with the requirements of clause 7.
9. Record Keeping
The Promoter will retain all records relating to this promotion for a period of five (5) years following the date of the draw, in accordance with the Charitable and Non-Profit Gaming Act 1999 (Qld).
10. Privacy
The Promoter collects personal information from entrants for the purpose of conducting this promotion and as described in the Promoter's Privacy Policy available at www.solargain.com.au/location/solar-power-hervey-bay or www.solargain.com.au/location/bundaberg-solar
By entering this promotion, entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, suburb, and any photographic or video material of the prize handover for promotional and marketing purposes, without further compensation.
Personal information may also be disclosed where required by law or for the purpose of administering the promotion.
The Promoter handles personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and applicable Queensland privacy legislation
11. General Conditions
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any dispute arising under or in connection with this promotion will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
The Promoter's decision in respect of all matters relating to this promotion is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter reserves the right to request identification, proof of purchase, proof of installation, proof of payment and evidence of eligibility from any entrant.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits any fraudulent, false or misleading information, or acts in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
If a customer cancels their agreement, receives a refund, fails to proceed with the installation or otherwise terminates their agreement with the Promoter, all associated entries will become invalid and be removed from the draw.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any lost, late, incomplete or incorrectly recorded entries, misdirected prizes, mails or emails received late.
The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any network or electronic system in connection with this promotion, including any failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed transmissions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes all liability for any loss, damage or injury suffered by an entrant arising directly or indirectly from this promotion or acceptance or use of the prize, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy conferred by the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
This promotion is conducted solely by Go Home Solutions Pty Ltd. Although the Promoter is an authorised distributor of SOLARGAIN PV Pty Ltd products, SOLARGAIN PV Pty Ltd is not involved in this promotion, has no responsibility for it and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, excludes all liability arising from or in connection with this promotion, the prize, the conduct of the draw, the administration of the competition, the selection of winners or any claim arising from or relating to this promotion.
All enquiries, claims and disputes relating to this promotion must be directed solely to the Promoter.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SOLARGAIN PV Pty Ltd excludes all liability arising from or in connection with this promotion or the prize.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, subject to any applicable laws.
Any taxation consequences arising from acceptance of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Independent financial advice should be sought.
The Promoter is not liable for any delay, suspension or failure to conduct the promotion due to events beyond its reasonable control.
